Paco’s Tacos Food Truck Project

You can find the Paco’s Tacos food truck at various markets, events and festivals around South East Queensland. They serve up delicious Mexican cuisine every day in their custom-built food truck with commercial kitchen.

Built on a solid steel frame, the serving area is on one side with an almost 3m wide serving window on struts that provides shelter to customers and the truck interior alike. Exterior LED rope lights made sure it’s lit up for evening service and the truck has a separate, fully lockable entry door at the rear with insect screen for warm Queensland nights.

There are stainless steel benches with splashbacks on three sides of the foodservice areas and commercial grade vinyl with coved edges has been welded to the floor. The on-board generator is fitted into an insulated cupboard with exhaust and all equipment has QLD gas and electrical certifications.

Cooking equipment includes a two burner cooktop and grill, gas salamander, a three-door refrigerated salad/pizza prep bench and a six-pan bain marie. The custom rangehood has been built to suit the cooking equipment and stainless steel walls reach the full height of the vehicle.

The Pacos Tacos truck has been wrapped with an eye catching design to attract attention and features a manual roof light box sign.
